At JCC Harlem, The Center Studio specializes in small group mat and tower classes.
Our 50-minute classes use wall units with connections for springs of various tension and attachments to bring the rigor and focus of private sessions to a group environment. Tower classes focus on upper body strengthening, lower body toning, and core control.
Our 50 minute mat classes highlight the fundamentals of Pilates while focusing on core connection, increased flexibility, and balance. The Pilates principles of concentration, centering, control, coordination, breath, and flow come to life as students are guided through specifically targeted exercises at a consistent pace for serious body toning.

A combination package consisting of 4 Mat Classes & 4 Tower Classes at a discounted rate. We recommend 1 Mat Class and 1 Tower Class per week for maximum results!
*We strongly suggest reserving your mats and towers in advance by registering below. Reservations must be cancelled no less than 12 hours in advance of class time to avoid a late charge. Early cancellations will be applied to a future class reservation. All purchases are transferable, but non-refundable.
*Please note: if the class you are trying to reserve is full, we do have a waitlist feature. By adding yourself to the waitlist you will be AUTOMATICALLY added to the class up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you are added close to the cancellation period, you will have a 2 hour grace period to cancel.
